水电站坝内引水钢管周围混凝土的温度和温度应力影响着引水钢管的运行和安全,本文结合漫湾水电站工程,用三维有限元模拟引水钢管周围混凝土的实际浇筑,分析了其温度和温度应力的变化规律。结果表明虽然施工期温度高,但温度应力不大;而运行期的温度拉应力相当大,与水压力产生的拉应力迭加将对混凝土的应力状态有很大影响,设计时应给予足够重视。
The temperature and temperature stress of the concrete surrounding the diversion pipe of the hydropower station affect the operation and safety of the diversion pipe. Based on the project of Manwan Hydropower Station, this paper simulates the actual pouring of the concrete surrounding the pipe with the three-dimensional finite element method and analyzes the changes of temperature and temperature stress law. The results show that although the temperature during construction is high, the temperature stress is not large; while the temperature tensile stress during operation is quite large, and the superposition of tensile stress with water pressure will have a great influence on the stress state of concrete. .
