薄壁大变形复合材料构件的胶接技术研究

以在-50~130℃环境中长期工作且具有薄壁、易变形和大尺寸特点的复合材料构件作为典型构件,对胶接过程中的易变形、基准重复定位差、胶接面强度低、韧性小、构件因尺寸大而不宜高温胶接等问题进行探讨。研究结果表明:采用单面搭接方式,通过有限元模拟分析,得到构件发生大变形时胶接面的胶接强度应大于13.800 MPa;结合试验数据论证,选择了常温固化高韧性胶粘剂,创新性地提出了“控型中心基准法”胶接薄壁构件,制成的胶接件通过了曲率半径小于20 cm的卷曲试验,并且其胶接误差小于0.5 mm,从而验证了上述胶接方案的合理性。 Taking the long-term work in the environment of -50 ~ 130 ℃ and the composite material with thin wall, easy deformation and large size as the typical component, it is easy to deform during the bonding process, the positioning of the benchmark is poor, the adhesive strength is low, Toughness, components due to large size and high temperature bonding and other issues to be explored.
