《五百强盗成佛图》,敦煌壁画之一,绘于西魏大统四年至五年(538-539年),现存于敦煌莫高窟西魏第285窟南壁。此图是一幅长卷式连环故事画。故事大意是:从前,古印度的一个叫侨萨罗的王国中出了500个强盗,无恶不作,百姓深受其害。后来,国王派精兵前往征剿,经过殊死激战,500强盗战败被俘。强盗们受到了审讯,由于罪孽深重,被剥去衣服后遭到剜眼的酷刑。随后,这双目失明的500人被放逐在荒野深山。山中阴森恐怖,他们饥寒交迫,走投无路,哭喊悲号。他们的情况惊动了普度众生的天神,天神给他们洒下了雪山药,使他们双目复明。佛还现身为他们说法。500人经
One of Dunhuang Murals, one of Dunhuang Murals, was painted in Great Eastern System of Western Wei for four years to five years (538-539 years) and is currently located at the south wall of the 285th Cave of Western Wei in Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang.
