目的了解哈尔滨市中小学校医对性健康教育的态度及需求,为开展性健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自拟调查表,对哈尔滨市69名小学校医和98名中学校医进行无记名问卷调查。结果作为校医,80.2%的应答者表示完全支持学校性教育;而当以家长身份考虑问题时,仅有62.3%的应答者完全支持学校性教育(P=0.036)。在开设性教育课前,校医的主要顾虑是担心诱发孩子过早性行为(55.1%)和家长的反对(25.1%);而在开设性教育课后,担心家长的反对(51.5%)上升到第1位,担心诱发孩子过早性行为(29.3%)明显下降(P<0.01)。在中小学校医的性健康教育需求中,“应对学生性相关问题”和“性教育课教学”2项技巧培训分别居于第1和第2位。结论应积极促使校医观念转变,适应中小学性健康教育的需求。
Objective To understand the attitudes and needs of primary and secondary school medical students to sexual health education in Harbin and to provide a scientific basis for sexual health education. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a secretarial questionnaire survey on 69 primary school doctors and 98 secondary school doctors in Harbin. Results As a school doctor, 80.2% of respondents said they fully supported school sex education, while only 62.3% of respondents fully considered school sex education (P = 0.036) when they considered the issue as a parent. Before the sex education class was opened, the main concerns of school doctors were fears of inducing premature sexual behavior in children (55.1%) and parental objections (25.1%). After the sex education class was opened, fears of parental opposition (51.5%) rose to The first one, worried about premature children induced behavior (29.3%) decreased significantly (P <0.01). In primary and secondary school medical sexual health education needs, “” “Students Sex related problems” and “Sex education class teaching” 2 skills training in the first and second respectively. Conclusion The concept of school doctor should be actively promoted to meet the needs of sexual health education in primary and secondary schools.
