建筑能耗日益渐增,且校园建筑所占比重较大。通过对南方地区学生宿舍冬季日用电量的调查,分析气候条件变化、宿舍有无空调及宿舍位置等对日用电量的影响。研究表明,冬季用电量与气温变化成反比。有空调宿舍人均日用电量远高于无空调宿舍1.57 k Wh/(人·d),且单位面积日用电量差值为0.4 k Wh/(m2·d);北面宿舍平均单位面积用电量高于南面0.05 k Wh/(m2·d),且平均人均用电量相差0.25k Wh/(人·d)。
