目的:通过采用囊肿穿刺减压,降低多囊肾实质压力,增加肾小球滤过率,改善肾功能,减缓多囊肾疾病进程。方法:采用B超定位下行多点位、分层次囊肿穿刺抽液减压或在行囊肿去顶减压术的同时行多点位、分层次囊肿穿刺液减压术。结果:该治疗方法可在较长一段时间内有效减轻肾实质压力,改善肾功能。结论:该治疗方法对患者损伤小、经济负担少、操作简便且可重复进行,治疗效果良好。 OBJECTIVE: To reduce the pressure of polycystic kidney, reduce glomerular filtration rate, improve renal function and slow the progression of polycystic kidney disease by using cyst puncture decompression.
