对标管理是寻找和学习最佳管理案例和运行方式的一种战略管理方法。精细化管理将管理责任具体化、明确化和落实管理责任的一种理念、一种文化。无论是对标管理还是精细化管理都得到了我国诸多煤炭企业的重视,但将两者结合运用的却很少。煤炭企业要做强,需要有效运用文化精华来指导、促进企业的发展。因此文章从基础工作、日常事务、具体业务3个角度深度探讨了煤炭企业如何利用精细化管理工作提高对标管理效能。
