在模具的电火花成型加工中,生产效率和加工精度是两项极为重要的工艺指标。为了进一步提高产品质量和尽量缩短模具制造周期,除了对机床的性能需要提出更高的要求外,努力减少加工辅助时间以及找正定位误差,也是一条重要的途径。笔者曾对一些厂矿的加工情况作过粗略统计,结果发现,电极与工件的装夹、校正、定位所占用的时间为全都加工时间的15%左右,而在废品和超差返修品中,约有25%是由于这方面的工作不当所致。因此,快速、准确、方便地解决好这个问题,在当前是有一定现实意义的。
In the mold EDM processing, production efficiency and processing accuracy are two extremely important process indicators. In order to further improve product quality and minimize mold manufacturing cycle, in addition to the performance requirements of machine tools to put forward higher requirements, efforts to reduce processing aids time and find the positioning error is also an important way. The author once made some rough statistics on the processing of some mines and found that the time taken for the clamping and correction of the electrode and the workpiece to be located was about 15% of the total processing time. In the case of waste products and overreinforcement products, about 25% are due to improper work in this area. Therefore, to solve this problem quickly, accurately and conveniently, it is of some realistic significance at present.
