本文报道了海脉冲营养素对老龄大鼠体内过氧化脂质 ( L PO) ,脂褐素 ( L PF)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD) ,光胱甘肽过氧化物酶 ( GSH- Px)活性的影响。给老龄大鼠灌服海脉冲营养素 60 d,结果表明 :血液及肝脏中 LPO含量明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ;SOD和 GSH- Px酶活性显著提高 ( P<0 .0 5) ;大脑皮层中 L PF的生成明显减少 ( P<0 .0 1)。提示海脉冲营养素具有提高老龄大鼠体内抗氧化酶活性、清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化的作用。
This article reports the contents of peroxide lipids (LPO), lipofuscin (LPF) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-) The effect of Px) activity. The pulsed nutrients were administered to aged rats for 60 days. The results showed that the LPO content in blood and liver was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px enzymes were significantly increased (P<0.05). LPF production was significantly reduced in the cerebral cortex (P < 0.01). It is suggested that sea pulse nutrients have the effects of increasing antioxidant enzyme activity, scavenging free radicals, and inhibiting lipid peroxidation in aged rats.
