介绍了制备球墨铸铁曲轴润滑油孔的铸造方法,并针对成孔体对金属液凝固组织的影响和成孔体热膨胀进行分析。结果表明:铸造法可制备出平均孔径为6 mm,孔深为180 mm的润滑油孔;成孔体吸热量与系统总热量比值小于0.1%,故成孔体的引入几乎不会对温度场及充型凝固过程产生影响;曲轴上靠近油孔表面和远离孔处的金相组织中石墨球大小、数量几乎一致;成孔体存在微膨胀,其外层组成物与金属液非润湿,有利于成孔体的抽出。
The casting method for preparing lubricating oil hole of nodular cast iron crankshaft is introduced. The influence of the pore forming body on the solidified structure of the molten metal and the thermal expansion of the pore forming body are analyzed.
