我省为国内流行性出血热(EHF)重发病区之一,在省内实验室条件下自行分离 EHF病毒,是深入调查研究该病在我省的流行规律,进而拟订有效预防措施所必不可少的手段。我们参考外地资料,应用 Vero E6细胞从出血热患者急性期血液和鼠肺分离EHF 病毒,于1985年获得成功。现报告于后。材料和方法一.标本来源:采自绥阳等四县,其中患者早期血液4份,鼠肺标本9份。二.分离方法:参考文献。三.病毒鉴定方法:参考文献。四.试验用 EHF 病毒 A_(16)株(分自黑线姬鼠)细胞抗原片及免疫血清、A_9株单克隆抗体25—1荧光血清由中国预防医学科学院流研所
