从甘蓝型油菜×埃塞俄比亚芥和芥菜型油菜×甘蓝型油菜中,分别获得了稳定的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育材料NE398和JN223。NE398在恢保关系上与波里马细胞质雄性不育系趋向一致,部分材料对低温较敏感。JN223的遗传基础显然不同于NE398,它除了具芥菜型油菜的细胞质外,还对低温不敏感。对这两类材料已分别转育出双低雄性不育系,不育度多在90%以上。讨论了通过种间杂交创造新的不育系,拓宽甘蓝型油菜不育胞质类型的重要性。
Stable Cytoplasmic male sterile materials NE398 and JN223 were obtained from Brassica napus × Ethiopia mustard and Brassica juncea × Brassica napus. NE398 in the relationship between restorer and Polima cytoplasm male sterile line tend to be some of the material is more sensitive to low temperature. The genetic basis of JN223 is clearly different from that of NE398, which is insensitive to low temperatures in addition to the cytoplasm of Brassica juncea. The two types of materials have been transferred to double low male sterile lines, more than 90% sterility. The importance of creating new sterile lines through interspecific hybridization and broadening the types of sterile cytoplasm in Brassica napus was discussed.
