本文报告了家兔在热环境中吸入两种温度空气时产生的散热效应。结果表明,清醒家兔在温度40℃环境中持续暴露时,气管温度(Tt)、食道温度(Te)和直肠温度(Tr)持续上升。自Tr达42℃至死亡,平均历时75.33±3.15min,在Tr达42℃后吸入20℃空气,Tt显著降低,Te不升高,Tr上升速度减缓,比吸入40℃空气对照组的存活时间平均延长约87min。吸入5℃冷空气,Te和Tt显著降低的同时,阻止了Tr的上升,动物不死亡。提示,在热环境中吸入冷空气能显著增强呼吸的散热效应,预防或延缓热射病的发生有一定作用。
This article reports the cooling effect of rabbits when inhaling two temperatures of air in a hot environment. The results showed that tracheal temperature (Tt), esophageal temperature (Te) and rectal temperature (Tr) continued to increase when awake rabbits were exposed continuously at a temperature of 40 ℃.
