I. INTRODUCTION Fok argues that (1) the principle of relativity is unitary with the uniformity of space: in a homogeneous Galilean space it exists; in a non-uniform space either it does not exist or it does not exist Relativity beyond Galileo space. The general principle of relativity applicable to any frame of reference does not exist. (2) The covariance of equations is a natural requirement of pure logic, and it does not necessarily have to be related to the principle of relativity. These two points are the basis of his theoretical system, so he spent a considerable amount of ink to prove it. But his argument is wrong. This article will point this out.
