目的探讨水通道蛋白-3(aquaporin-3,AQP3)在人透明细胞癌(suprarenal epithe- lioma)和肿瘤周围组织(tissues beside tumor)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(IHC)链霉菌过氧化物酶法(SP法)检测16例人透明细胞癌患者的患肾切除标本中瘤组织及其周围组织的AQP3表达。结果AQP3在肾透明细胞癌组织中呈中等阳性表达;AQP3在肿瘤周围组织中主要表达在肾小管且呈强阳性表达。结论AQP3是一个很有希望的、新的细胞表面抗原,可能在人肾透明细胞癌的发生、判断预后、免疫治疗等方面具有一定的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of aquaporin-3 (AQP3) in human clear cell carcinoma and tissues beside tumor. Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) streptavidin peroxidase method (SP method) was used to detect the expression of AQP3 in 16 cases of human clear cell carcinoma patients with nephrectomized specimens of tumor and surrounding tissue. Results AQP3 was moderately positive in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues. AQP3 was mainly expressed in renal tubules and strongly positive in peritumoral tissues. Conclusion AQP3 is a promising new cell surface antigen that may have some potential applications in the occurrence of clear cell renal cell carcinoma, prognosis and immunotherapy.
