介绍了CX—18防气窜剂的作用原理,制备方法,性能评价以及在长庆油田的应用效果.它的主要成分是磷化处理后的铝银粉(铝粉〕,它在水泥浆中不仅发气量较大,加量为水泥的0.3%时,水泥浆的最大膨胀率为8%,且发气时间较长,在50～70℃时,初发气时间为45～27min,持发气时间为115～69min,可满足中深井固井施工要求.室内试验和现场应用表明,将CX—18加到水泥浆中不仅能有效地防止油气井的油、气、水窜槽,而且它对水泥浆的物理性能影响小,并能与其它水泥添加剂相配伍.并且已在长庆油田应用了15井次,取得了良好的效果,固井合格率由原来的62.5%提高到100%,固井优质率由原来的40%提高到73.3%.
