The selection of college talented people is one of the important topics facing the enterprise human resources management. Based on the index system of competency model design, using the weight of indicators determined by AHP and applying the evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it can provide a scientific basis and references for enterprises to recruit college students.
