目的:探讨精细化管理在提升护理服务质量中的应用效果观察。方法:将2015年10月至2016年6月深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院住院部78例护理人员作为研究对象,随机将护理人员分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组的护理人员实施常规的护理管理,观察组的护理人员则实施精细化护理管理。分别对两组的护理满意度、护理质量指标进行评估和比较。结果:对照组的护理满意度明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组中护理人员的急救物品管理、护理安全、病区管理、护理文书书写的合格率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展精细化护理管理工作,并非单纯性的将各个护理单元分数高低及质量优劣进行划分,而是对护理的成效及进程实施评价,并为整体护理质量的深化提供充足的理论支撑。通过对质量实施评比工作,在工作中找出所存在的问题及薄弱环节,开展与之对应的护理改善工作,促进护士基本素质的提升,且对护理管理行为予以不断规范,真正做到让病人收益于护理服务管理之中。
Objective: To explore the application effect of fine management in improving nursing service quality. Methods: From October 2015 to June 2016, 78 nursing staff in inpatient department of Fifth People’s Hospital of Longgang District, Shenzhen were randomly divided into observation group (n = 39) and control group (n = 39) ).
