蒜苔,是我国北方深受欢迎的高档蔬菜。为满足人民生活日益增长的需要,简化蒜苔贮藏手续,使果品专用库“半年闲”的问题得到一定程度的改善,我公司进行了蒜苔不开启气调贮藏试验。目前,我国贮藏蒜苔,普遍采用高温库塑膜定期开启排气调气贮藏法,开启放气时间一般为7～15天。贮藏前期,开启放气间隔时间较长,贮藏后期间隔时间较短。据我们测定,这种定期开启放气的贮藏方法,会导致气调袋中的气体组合,发生周期性变动,进而使贮藏蒜苔的呼吸作 Garlic, is a popular high-grade vegetables in northern China.
