198 4年以来日本分离的本土麻疹野病毒为C1、D3、D5基因型 ,中国自 1993年以来流行的绝大多数麻疹野病毒为H1基因型。 2 0 0 0年在日本东京检测到 1株由中国输入的H1基因型麻疹野病毒。对该中国株H1基因型与日本株C1、D3、D5基因型的H蛋白及抗原性进行了比较 ,结果表明 :H1基因型H蛋白的分子量为 78kD ,与A、C1基因型相似 ;D3、D5基因型的H蛋白的分子量为 80~ 82kD ,一些D3基因型在 39℃与在 33℃、37℃生长一样好 ,但其它基因型在 39℃生长却减少到 33℃、37℃的 1/ 10 0或 1/ 10 0 0。实验证实 ,一些D3、H1基因型能从较低的中和抗体水平逃逸 ,证明最近流行的麻疹病毒有轻微的抗原改变。
198 The genotypes of C1, D3 and D5 are the local measles wild viruses isolated in Japan in the past four years. The vast majority of wild measles viruses that have been circulating in China since 1993 are H1 genotypes. In the year 2000, one wild-type H1 measles virus imported from China was detected in Tokyo, Japan. The H protein and antigenicity of the Chinese strain H1 and the Japanese strains C1, D3 and D5 genotypes were compared.
