[目的]研究南方红豆杉枝条在不同湿度贮藏环境下紫杉烷类的含量变化,确定南方红豆杉最佳贮藏湿度环境。[方法]设置65%、75%和85%三个贮藏湿度,通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定不同湿度贮藏环境下南方红豆杉紫杉烷类成分紫杉醇、三尖杉宁碱、7-表-10-去乙酰基紫杉醇、10-去乙酰基巴卡亭Ⅲ含量变化,确定最佳贮藏湿度。[结果]在3个月贮藏过程中,南方红豆杉紫杉烷类化合物含量基本呈下降趋势,含量变化明显,紫杉烷类化合物总含量75%湿度﹥65%湿度﹥85%湿度。[结论]保持南方红豆杉紫杉烷类成分最佳的贮藏湿度是75%。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the taxane content change of Taxus chinensis branches under different humidity storage conditions and determine the optimum storage humidity environment of Taxus chinensis var.mairens. [Method] Three storage humidity of 65%, 75% and 85% were set up. The taxanes of taxanes of Taxus chinensis under different humidity storage conditions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Naline, 7-epi-10-deacetyltaxol, 10-deacetylbaccatin III content changes, to determine the optimum storage humidity. [Result] The content of taxanes in Taxus cuspidata decreased with the content of taxanes obviously changing. The total content of taxanes was 75%, humidity> 65%, humidity> 85%. [Conclusion] The optimum storage humidity for keeping taxanes of Taxus cuspidata was 75%.
