简要介绍了石化销售企业培训管理信息化系统以模块独立、逐步引导和分布部署为设计原则,构建了业务中心、学习中心、报表中心、管理中心和远维中心功能模块,具有可实现多层级培训统一管理,实施线性化逐级培训管理,培训资源的整合及共享等多功能,对逐步提升企业的整体竞争能力有重要作用。
This paper briefly introduced the training management information system of petrochemical sales enterprise with the module independence, step by step guide and distribution and deployment as the design principles, and constructed the functional modules of business center, learning center, report center, management center and far-dimensional center, and realized the multi-level training Unified management, the implementation of linear training management level, the integration of training resources and sharing and other functions, the gradual improvement of the overall competitiveness of enterprises play an important role.
