目的主要分析和研究多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片法与电化学发光分析法所测肿瘤标志物结果的符合性以及C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片系统的临床适用性。方法采用1010型电化学发光测定系统与C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统,对健康人和肿瘤病人血清标本进行肿瘤标志物测定并与临床诊断的符合性进行比对。结果2种方法测定结果符合性以及临床诊断相关性较好,2种方法检测9项肿瘤标志物的结果符合率为79%~96%。结论电化学发光系统准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于临床诊断和治疗效果监测;C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统适用于高危人群的肿瘤筛查和健康人群的肿瘤普查。
Objective To analyze and study the conformance of multiple tumor marker protein chip assay to the results of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and the clinical applicability of C-12 multi-tumor marker protein chip system. Methods 1010 electrochemiluminescence detection system and C-12 multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system were used to detect the tumor markers of healthy and cancer patients and to compare with the clinical diagnosis. Results The coincidence of the results of the two methods and the clinical diagnosis were good. The coincidence rates of the two methods in detecting nine tumor markers were 79% -96%. Conclusions The electrochemical luminescence system has good accuracy and high sensitivity and is suitable for clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effect monitoring. The C-12 multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system is suitable for cancer screening in high-risk population and cancer screening in healthy population.
