随着社会经济的迅速发展,越来越多人的投入到体育锻炼中。摔跤作为一种身体接触频繁、对抗激烈的运动项目,在比赛中,对运动员的体能、速度、身体协调以及柔韧性有着较高的要求。而运动员在比赛中要想取得好的成绩,除了具备良好的身体素质还,还应具备连贯的技术动作,只有这样,才能在比赛中将自己的实力充分的发挥出来。在此,本文针对自由式摔跤连贯技术的训练技巧这一问题,做以下论述。
With the rapid development of social economy, more and more people are devoted to physical exercise. Wrestling as a physical contact with frequent and intense sports, during the game, the athletes have higher physical, speed, body coordination and flexibility requirements. The athletes in the game in order to achieve good results, in addition to having good physical fitness, but also should have a consistent technical action, the only way to compete in the full strength of their own play out.
