组织创造力作为组织创新的前提和知识基础,影响着组织的创新绩效。本文基于创造力与创新理论、战略导向理论,分析了组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系,分别探讨了市场导向、企业家导向对组织创造力与组织创新绩效关系的调节效应。利用269家有效企业问卷,进行实证研究,结果发现:组织创造力正向促进组织创新绩效,企业家导向有效的加强组织创造力与组织创新绩效之间的关系。
Organizational creativity as a prerequisite for organizational innovation and knowledge base, affecting the organization’s innovation performance. Based on Creativity and Innovation Theory and Strategic Orientation Theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between organizational creativity and organizational innovation performance, and probes into the regulatory effects of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the relationship between organizational creativity and organizational innovation performance. Using 269 valid business questionnaires, we conducted an empirical study and found that: organizational creativity positively promotes organizational innovation performance and entrepreneurial orientation effectively strengthens the relationship between organizational creativity and organizational innovation performance.
