随着社会的发展,出版产业的市场化特征愈来愈明显,图书市场的竞争愈来愈激烈,像计划经济时代的“有书不愁卖”的现象已经荡然无存。无论是出版社还是图书公司都把注意力放在选题开发与市场营销等细节上面,因为细节决定成败。因此,“策划编辑”这一岗位应运而生并不断被赋予新的含义,赋予更多的职能。本文主要论述了成为优秀的图书策划编辑所必备的四种心态:成就、学习、创新与空杯,投石问路,抛砖引玉,期望为有志于此的同仁们提供些许的帮助。
With the development of society, the market-oriented characteristics of the publishing industry are more and more obvious. The competition in the book market is getting fiercer and fiercer.
