我院自1990年7月～1992年3月应用结晶天粉引流产180例。疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料一、选择对象 1.妊娠12～18周.需终止妊娠者; 2.妊娠<12孕周或>18孕周,但合并子宫肌瘤、子宫畸形、疤痕子宫等高危因素,需要终止妊娠者; 3.Rivanolum引产失败者。二、孕龄分布<12孕周26例,12～18孕周128例,>18孕周26例。二、药物与剂量用结晶天花粉蛋白(上海金山制药厂生产)2.4mg/人者169例,1.8mg者7例,1.2mg者4例。四、使用方法 1.按引产常规,无引产禁忌症及无过敏性
