对氨制冷系统的实际工况和特殊工况进行了分析,通过对目前国内在用的几个设计规范和标准的对比,和国内沿用几十年的制造、安装经验的分析,提出了在氨制冷管道低压侧的设计环节,必须明确“低温低应力”工况;对于采用热氨融霜工艺的氨制冷系统,必须考虑短时的“低温高应力”工况,并在设计上采取相应的对策,以确保运行安全。
