本文研究抗休克裤在模拟4km高原条件下对失血性休克狗的救治效果。实验采用改良Wigger′s失血性休克模型,维持低血压6.6kP3(50 mmHg)。结果说明在高原缺氧的特殊条件下,运用抗休克裤治疗失血性休克是完全有效的。
This article studies the anti-shock pants in the simulation of 4km plateau hemorrhagic shock dogs rescue effect. Experimental use of modified Wigger’s hemorrhagic shock model, maintenance of hypotension 6.6kP3 (50 mmHg). The results show that in the special plateau hypoxia conditions, the use of anti-shock pants to treat hemorrhagic shock is completely effective.
