目的:探讨kegel盆底肌功能训练法,对于高海拔地区预防产后子宫脱垂的效果。方法:将200例足月初产头位分娩的产妇,随机分为观察组100例和对照组100例,观察组进行10周以上的kegel盆底肌功能训练;对照组进行一般的产后健康教育。两组均于产后6个月随访,评价kegel训练的效果。结果:观察组100例产妇均可坚持进行盆底肌功能训练,其子宫脱垂发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后kegel盆底肌功能训练方法简单,产妇依从性好,可有效预防并治疗高海拔地区产后子宫脱垂。
Objective: To explore kegel pelvic floor muscle function training method for the prevention of postpartum uterine prolapse in high altitude. Methods: Two hundred primiparous term mothers of term full-term delivery were randomly divided into observation group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). The observation group received kegel pelvic floor muscle function training for more than 10 weeks. The control group received general postpartum health education. Both groups were followed up 6 months after delivery to evaluate the effect of kegel training. Results: All the 100 maternal women in the observation group were able to insist on pelvic floor muscle function training. The incidence of uterine prolapse was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Postpartum kegel pelvic floor muscle function training method is simple, maternal compliance is good, which can effectively prevent and treat postpartum uterine prolapse in high altitude areas.
