烟雾病(Moyamoya)是一组以颈内动脉虹吸段狭窄或闭塞,以及颅底出现异常毛细血管网为特点的脑血管疾病,临床较少见。近10年来,我们经脑血管造影确诊32例,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组男14例,女18例;4~13岁4例,22~36岁25例,47~54岁3例。12例以短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)起病;3例先出现发作性一侧肢体麻木、无力并逐渐加重,最后表现为持久性偏瘫,均伴有不同程度的运动性失语;3例为急性不完全偏瘫,其中1例合并外层神经麻痹;2例为起病较急的交替性偏瘫、假性球麻痹,其中1例并双眼视力下降;5例为发作性头痛,其中3例反复发作性头痛1个月~30年后出现蛛网膜下腔出血;7例
Moyamoya is a group of cerebrovascular diseases characterized by stenosis or occlusion of the siphon segment of the internal carotid artery and abnormal capillary network in the skull base.
