随着地产行业的加速发展和由之带来的社会问题,越来越多的利益相关者要求地产企业披露社会责任信息。基于A股上市地产公司社会责任信息披露情况,分析了我国上市地产公司社会责任信息披露的现状,并提出了相应的对策。 With the accelerated development of the real estate industry and the social problems brought about by it, more and more stakeholders are required to disclose the social responsibility information of real estate enterprises. Based on the disclosure of social responsibility information of A-share listed real estate companies, this paper analyzes the status quo of social responsibility information disclosure of listed real estate companies in our country and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
