目的研究姜黄素体外抗人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)的作用和安全性。方法以更昔洛韦为对照药物,采用细胞病变效应(Cytopathologic effects,CPE)和四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法评价姜黄素体外抗HCMV AD169活性。结果更昔洛韦和姜黄素的最大无毒浓度(TC)0分别为50.00,6.44μg/mL;最小有效浓度分别为8.90,0.12μg/mL;治疗指数分别为16.57和102.42。结论姜黄素在体外具有显著的抗人巨细胞病毒的活性。
Objective To study the effect and safety of curcumin against human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in vitro. Methods Using ganciclovir as control, the anti-HCMV AD169 activity of curcumin in vitro was evaluated by Cytopathologic effects (CPE) and tetramethylpyrazole (MTT) method. Results The maximum nontoxic concentration (TC) 0 of ganciclovir and curcumin were 50.00 and 6.44 μg / mL, respectively. The minimum effective concentrations were 8.90 and 0.12 μg / mL, respectively. The therapeutic indexes were 16.57 and 102.42, respectively. Conclusion Curcumin has significant anti-human cytomegalovirus activity in vitro.
