光电成像系统的空间分辨是表征系统性能的一个最主要指标,通过分析光电成像系统中的传递函数,用特征频率法和传递函数时频率的积分方法分析了系统的空间分辨,并针对一组典型的光电成像系统参数进行了计算,结果为:系统在Nyquist频率处显示图像的MTF=0.017;传递函数对频率积分法计算表明:系统实际的分辨率为18.6cycles/mm。分析过程表明:显示器是限制实时成像系统空间分辨的主要因素,其次是探测器的像元尺寸,再次是电子系统的带宽。同时表明,分辨率只有在系统中讨论才有意义,仅用Nyquist频率表示是欠妥的。
The spatial resolution of optoelectronic imaging system is one of the most important indicators to characterize the system performance. By analyzing the transfer function of the electro-optical imaging system, the spatial resolution of the system is analyzed by the method of eigenfrequency method and the integral of the transfer function time-frequency. The results show as follows: the MTF of the image displayed by the system at the Nyquist frequency is 0.017; the calculation of the transfer function versus the frequency integration method shows that the actual resolution of the system is 18.6cycles / mm. The analysis shows that the display is the main factor that limits the spatial resolution of the real-time imaging system, followed by the pixel size of the detector and again the bandwidth of the electronic system. At the same time, it shows that the resolution is meaningful only if it is discussed in the system, and the Nyquist frequency representation is not proper.
