针对某高层错层住宅建筑实际情况,在介绍其前期剪力墙结构设计存在的问题的基础上,提出了改进与优化方法,并采用SATWE软件对改进后结构设计方案实施了模拟与计算,最后通过模拟计算结果的对比,得出改进后方案的自振周期、结果位移、剪重比、刚重比轴压比和经济性都优于改进前,且满足现行规范要求的结论,以此为类似建筑的结构设计工作提供科学参考。
Aiming at the actual situation of a high-rise residential building, on the basis of introducing the existing problems of the structural design of the prestressed shear wall, the improvement and optimization methods are put forward, and the SATWE software is used to simulate and calculate the improved structural design plan. Finally, Through the comparison of the simulation results, the conclusion is drawn that the natural period, the displacement, the weight-to-weight ratio, the stiffness ratio to the axial compression ratio and the economy of the improved scheme are better than those before the improvement, and meet the requirements of the current codes. Similar architectural design work to provide a scientific reference.
