星形轮压痕是喷墨打印机较为稳定和有价值的特征之一。利用显微镜配以侧光光源,可见星形轮留在喷墨打印文件上的数个齿痕。但是,由于显微镜视场较小,无法显示整个纸面上的星形轮压痕分布特点,限制了对星形轮压痕特征的利用,特别是不利于其个体特性的发现和分析。通过利用文件检验实验室常见设备进行实验,探索显现分布于A4幅面纸张上的星形轮压痕的有效方法。实验研究发现和比较了显现成趟星形轮压痕的多种方法,为此特征的有效利用提供了基础。
Star wheel indentation is one of the more stable and valuable features of inkjet printers. Using a microscope with a side light source, you can see several toothed marks left on the inkjet printout of the star wheel. However, the small field of view of the microscope can not display the distribution characteristics of the star wheel indentation on the entire paper surface, which limits the use of the star wheel indentation feature, and in particular, is not conducive to the discovery and analysis of individual characteristics. Experimenting with common laboratory equipment for document inspection explores an effective way to visualize star wheel indentation on A4-size paper. Experimental studies have discovered and compared various methods of revealing star tracks, providing the basis for efficient use of this feature.
