大厨简介周斌1972年生于上海,1993年入行,师从周华、叶卓坚。历任百乐门来来大酒店、大千美食林、通贸大酒店、梅园邨、丰收日、半岛、雍丰、江西九江浔阳鱼味等餐馆炉灶、厨师长、副总兼出品总厨。2011年4月至今任云峰大饭店行政总厨。他师出名门,以“做菜先做人,没有最好只有更好”为座右铭,坚持安全、健康、美味的标准,继承传统又有创新,在厨艺上已自成一派。周大师弟弟是小码子?上海人都知道,云峰大饭店档次较高。抖抖豁豁到门口,大侠已在那边东张西望。他说:“周华大师的弟弟周斌在这里当总厨。”
