针对在全固态雷达发射机的功率放大器设计中,大信号S参数无法获得的情况,采用小信号S参数法和负载牵引法设计了一种工作于1.9~2.0 GHz的3级功率放大器。通过对功率放大器的仿真,得到满足设计指标要求的精确的匹配参数,再根据这些匹配参数构建了实际的功率放大器,并对放大器进行了实际测试。实际测试结果表明,在其工作频段内,最大输出功率为34.3 dBm,增益高于30 dB,增益平坦度也小于1 dB,均达到设计要求,可用于实际的全固态雷达发射机中。
Aiming at the power amplifier design of all - solid - state radar transmitters, the S - parameters of large signal can not be obtained. A 3 - level power amplifier operating at 1.9 ~ 2.0 GHz is designed by the small - signal S - parameter method and the load - pull method. Through the simulation of the power amplifier, we get the exact matching parameters that meet the requirements of the design specifications. Based on these matching parameters, the actual power amplifier is constructed and the amplifier is actually tested. The actual test results show that the maximum output power is 34.3 dBm, the gain is higher than 30 dB and the gain flatness is less than 1 dB in the working frequency band, which meet the design requirements and can be used in practical all-solid-state radar transmitters.
