在少年儿童时期的训练是否合理、科学、有效决定者运动员是否成功,对一名运动员来说,占有举足轻重的地位。本文通过对少年儿童投掷运动员在身体训练、速度训练、弹跳力训练、力量训练四个方面的阐述,揭示了少年投掷运动员区别于成年运动员的训练特点和训练内容,以便于广大教练员在实际工作中参考。
