本文介绍了高密度聚乙烯外护管的加工设备及生产原理,研究了高密度聚乙烯外护管产品配方的组成,选择了合适的原料和助剂,在此基础上研制了高密度聚乙烯外护管,并讨论了原料预处理、挤出成型温度、冷却过程、牵引速度及电晕处理等因素对高密度聚乙烯外护管质量的影响。设计了合理的温度控制体系和产品的冷却过程;确定了最佳的原料预处理时间、牵引机的牵引速度和电晕电压。
In this paper, the processing equipment and production principle of high density polyethylene outer sheath are introduced. The composition of high density polyethylene outer sheath product is studied. The suitable raw materials and additives are selected. On this basis, high density polyethylene The effects of material pretreatment, extrusion molding temperature, cooling process, traction speed and corona treatment on the quality of high density polyethylene outer sheath were discussed. Designed a reasonable temperature control system and product cooling process; to determine the best raw material pretreatment time, tractor traction speed and corona voltage.
