目的 :研究 Septin1、Septin2、Septin6基因在肝癌中的表达及其相互间的作用。方法 :利用 Northern杂交分析 ,研究了这 3个基因在 30例肝癌中的表达 ;利用免疫沉淀方法研究了Septin1、Septin2、Septin6基因之间的相互作用。结果 :Septin1在肝癌及癌旁组织显示多个转录本 ,并且表达量变化无规律 ;Septin2、Septin6在肝癌中均为上调表达 ;3种 Septin蛋白间能产生相互作用。结论 :Septin1、Septin2、Septin6为肝癌相关基因 ,它们之间存在相互影响关系。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of Septin1, Septin2 and Septin6 in hepatocellular carcinoma and their interaction with each other. Methods: Northern blotting was used to study the expression of these three genes in 30 cases of HCC. The interaction between Septin1, Septin2 and Septin6 was studied by immunoprecipitation. Results: Septin1 showed multiple transcripts in hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous tissues, and its expression changed irregularly. Septin2 and Septin6 were both up-regulated in HCC and three Septin proteins could interact with each other. Conclusion: Septin1, Septin2 and Septin6 are related genes of hepatocellular carcinoma, and they have mutual influence.
