为满足FAA适航条款要求,机载火焰抑制器作为“被动式”闪电防护装置,已广泛应用于国外各类飞机通气系统及汽化器蒸气排放系统中,用以防止雷电等外部火源对飞机燃油系统的侵袭。在国内,受限于适航认证工作及航空技术的相对落后,国产机载火焰抑制器的研制开发才列入日程。有鉴于此,本文从火焰传播与抑制机理、阻火单元结构与设计、标准与测试技术等方面系统地总结机载火焰抑制器的研究现状,并分析所存在的问题,提出未来的研究方向,以期能为国产机载火焰抑制器的研制开发提供有益的参考。
In order to meet the requirements of the FAA airworthiness provisions, airborne flame suppressor as “Passive ” lightning protection device, has been widely used in various types of aircraft ventilation systems and vaporizer vapor emissions systems in foreign countries, to prevent external sources of ignition such as lightning on the aircraft Fuel system invasion. In China, subject to the airworthiness certification work and the relative backwardness of aviation technology, the development and manufacture of domestic airborne flame arrestors was put on the agenda. In view of this, this paper systematically summarizes the research status of airborne flame arrester from the aspects of flame propagation and suppression mechanism, structure and design of fire retardant unit, standard and test techniques, and analyzes the existing problems, puts forward the future research directions, In order to provide a useful reference for the research and development of domestic airborne flame arrestor.
