本文讨论了环境监测中的技术要求,尤其是在水环境中对于含量低于即ppb水平的物质的探测,其中许多物质缺少可与其它物质相区别的本质性特性,不适于用传感器直接探测,因此需要进行分离、浓缩和化学转换等操作,另外传感器也需要校准和后续信号调理。如果将这些功能与传感器元件集成在一起,即形成一个集成传感器系统,可以在各种环境中自动地、独立地完成各种操作。本文着重讨论这种集成传感器系统的发展与应用。
This article discusses the technical requirements for environmental monitoring, especially for the detection of substances at or below the ppb level in aqueous environments, many of which lack the essential properties that distinguish them from others and are not suitable for direct detection with sensors, Therefore, separation, concentration and chemical conversion are required. In addition, the sensor also needs calibration and subsequent signal conditioning. Integrating these functions with the sensor elements creates an integrated sensor system that can perform a variety of operations automatically and independently in a variety of environments.
