商业银行网点核心竞争力是网点保持竞争优势,获得可持续发展的本源和动力。本文首先介绍了网点核心竞争力和绩效考核的关系,其次对目前商业银行网点绩效考核体系的现状以及存在的问题进行了深入分析,最后提出提升网点银行核心竞争力的思路:在确定网点绩效考核体系的目标和原则的基础上,逐步建立起科学、合理的网点绩效考核评价体系,进而提升网点核心竞争力。
The core competitiveness of commercial banks outlets is to maintain their competitive edge, access to sustainable development of the origin and motivation. This paper first introduces the relationship between core competence and performance appraisal, and then analyzes the status quo and existing problems of current commercial bank outlets performance appraisal system. Finally, the author puts forward the idea of enhancing the core competence of the outlets: System based on the objectives and principles, and gradually establish a scientific and rational outlets performance appraisal system, and thus enhance the core competitiveness of the network.
