以TiO2薄膜为载体,采用真空镀金和退火法制备了载金(Au)TiO2(Au/TiO2)薄膜光催化材料,并对制得的Au/TiO2薄膜光催化材料进行了测试.研究结果表明:Au/TiO2薄膜表面形貌呈岛状分布,薄膜表面Au层厚度20~80nm,相比TiO2薄膜,Au/TiO2薄膜在全光谱下具有更高的催化活性,在300W氙灯光源,亚甲基蓝(MB)水溶液初始浓度为20mg/L,降解时间为4h条件下,Au/TiO2薄膜对MB的降解率最大达到94%,具有较好的降解性能.“,”Using titanium dioxide thin film as the carrier,Au/TiO2thin film was prepared via vacuum plating and annealing process,and the morphology and photocatalytic activity were characterized and studied. The results showed that gold nanoparticles with the height ranging from 20nm to 80nm were deposited on TiO2film,and its morphology was island-like distribution.Compared to TiO2film,Au/TiO2film had higher catalytic activity under full spectrum light. The result of photocatalytic test showed that the degradation rate of Au/TiO2film can reach 94%in 4 hour with 20mg/L MB initial concentration and 300Wxenon light source,which indicated that Au/TiO2film had better degradation performance.
