在工程机械产品设计过程中,由于缺少针对多层焊缝符号的高效、准确的定义工具,使得大型焊接件的设计表达很困难,设计人员需要定制和维护很多多层焊缝符号,修改也很不方便。通过分析工程机械行业中多层焊接工艺的技术优势,国内外多层焊接工艺符号规范化表达相关资料与标准,以及对多层焊接工艺符号表达的需求,提出一种可灵活配置的多层焊接工艺符号表达方式并进行相应的规范,通过二次开发实现了最多可支持3层焊缝符号表达的快速定义工具并进行了验证。
