基于Ansys Workbench对单缸插销式伸缩臂进行了含几何结构缺陷的非线性屈曲分析,并通过与线性屈曲分析结果比较,发现含几何结构缺陷的非线性屈曲结果均小于线性屈曲结果。当缺陷因子为0.000 1时,伸缩臂的承载能力下降了5.3%,缺陷因子增大时将导致承载能力继续下降。伸缩臂在加工、制造、运输过程中导致的缺陷总是难免的,故有必要进行含几何结构缺陷的非线性屈曲分析。
Based on the Ansys Workbench, the nonlinear buckling analysis of single-cylinder bolt-type telescopic boom with geometric defects was carried out. Compared with the linear buckling analysis results, it was found that the nonlinear buckling results with geometric structural defects were all less than the linear buckling results. When the defect factor is 0.000 1, the carrying capacity of the telescopic arm is decreased by 5.3%. When the defect factor is increased, the carrying capacity will continue to decline. Telescopic arm in the processing, manufacturing, transportation defects caused by the process is always inevitable, it is necessary to carry out the geometric nonlinear buckling analysis of defects.
