中 国共产党的三代领导人始终重视中国先进文化的建设 ,在民主革命和社会主义建设时期分别制定了两个伟大的文化纲领。１９４０年１月 ,毛泽东在《新民主主义论》中提出了新民主主义的文化纲领。１９９７年９月 ,江泽民在党的十五大报告中提出了有中国特色社会主义的文化纲领。
The Chinese leaders of the three generations of the Communist Party of China always attached importance to the construction of China’s advanced culture and formulated two great cultural programs in the period of democratic revolution and socialist construction. In January 1940, Mao Zedong put forward the new democratic cultural program in “New Democracy.” In September 1997, Jiang Zemin put forward the cultural program of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the party’s 15th National Congress report.
