目的:观察穴位敷贴治疗运动性疲劳的疗效与可能的作用机制。方法:将60名足球运动员随机分为对照组和穴位敷贴组,穴位敷贴组采用药物贴对运动性疲劳运动员神阙、气海、足三里进行穴位敷贴,对照组给予安慰贴。对受试者进行主观体力感觉评分和运动心情评价;检测受试者血尿素氮(BUN)、血糖(GC)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CORT)。结果:1穴位敷贴可减轻运动员的主观疲劳感觉,降低RPE值;缓解运动员因运动疲劳而产生的消极情绪(P<0.05);2穴位敷贴可改善运动员的生化指标,提高血糖(P<0.05),降低血BUN(P<0.01);3穴位敷贴可降低血清ACTH、CORT和CRH的浓度(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴疗法治疗运动性疲劳有效,其机制与其对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能的调节有关。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of acupoint application on exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: Sixty football players were randomly divided into control group and acupoint application group. The acupoint application group used drug patch to apply acupoints to the athletes of fatigue, Shenque, Qihai and Zusanli. The control group was given comfort patch. Subjects were assessed for subjective physical sensory scores and exercise mood. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood glucose (GC), adrenocorticotropic hormone releasing hormone (CRH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), cortisol (CORT). Results: Application of 1 acupoint can alleviate the subjective fatigue feeling of athletes, reduce the RPE value, relieve the negative emotions of athletes due to exercise fatigue (P <0.05), and 2 acupoint application can improve the biochemical indexes of athletes and increase the blood sugar (P < 0.05), and decreased blood BUN (P <0.01). The application of 3 acupuncture points could decrease the serum levels of ACTH, CORT and CRH (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint dressing therapy is effective in treating exercise-induced fatigue, and its mechanism is related to the regulation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis function.
