按照可靠性、可测性和模块化设计要求 ,提出了一种基于VXI总线的ATE设计与评估方法。采用升级法策略 ,给出了测试台BITE的设计方法和流程图。把可靠性影响因素引入自动测试设备设计过程 ,给出了保障ATE可靠性的设计技术参数和选择依据。通过对ATEBITE结果的检测分析 ,可以有效地排除ATE自身的故障 ,从而保障对被测件测试结果的可靠性和真实性。典型电路和ATE转接电路板卡的可靠性预计和分析 ,验证了本设计的工程实用性。最后给出了进一步提升所设计ATE故障间隔时间的技术途径
According to the requirements of reliability, testability and modular design, an ATE design and evaluation method based on VXI bus is proposed. Adopting the upgrade strategy, the design method and flow chart of the test bed BITE are given. The factor of reliability is introduced into the design process of automatic test equipment, and the design parameters and the selection basis for the reliability of ATE are given. ATEBITE results through the detection and analysis, ATE can effectively rule out the failure of their own, so as to protect the test results of the test pieces of the reliability and authenticity. The reliability prediction and analysis of the typical circuit and the ATE adapter circuit board verify the engineering practicability of this design. Finally, the technical approaches to further improve the designed ATE fault interval are given
